Shares of Sharps Technology Inc., which makes safety syringes intended to reduce injuries and wasted medicine, were recently down 14% at $1.81 following a decline during their first trading day Thursday.
The company said Wednesday that its initial public offering of 3.75 million units priced at $4.25 each. Each unit contained one share and two warrants. The warrants recently traded at 61 cents, down 9%.
