Shares of Sharps Technology Inc. were up 38% to $2.38, following declines during their first two trading days and disclosures of insider stock purchases late Monday.
Transactions detailed in Form 4 filings included board member Timothy J. Ruemler’s purchase of 29,000 shares.
The safety syringe maker said Wednesday that its initial public offering of 3.75 million units priced at $4.25 each. Each unit contained one share and two warrants. The warrants recently traded at 70 cents, up 25%.
